Caterer will base the number of guests attending on the minimum number as stated on the Mutual Contract Agreement. Once minimum number is established the count may only be raised. Confirmation of any additional guests attending your function will be due one week prior to the event. If attendance should exceed the final number of guests guaranteed, client will be responsible for the balance at the conclusion of the event.
Food Prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed after a 50% deposit is made. The entire balance shall be due no later that one week prior to the event. We require a major credit card along with your final payment to guarantee any additional charges incurred should your costs exceed the estimated bill.
There is an 18% taxable Service Charge. Per Georgia Sales Tax Regulation, Sales and Use Tax will be applicable on all services rendered by caterer, rental, food, beverage and service charges.
25% of your deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded if the function should cancel. If notice of cancellation is received less than one week prior to the event, the entire amount of the function will be due.
Tip is not included in our Service Charge and therefore at your discretion.
The Caterer assumes no liability with regard to loss or damage of any personal property of the Host, its exhibitors or guests
